The Pelican 1610 is the deep wheeled case for lighting, large drones, AV racks and multi-gun transport. We CNC-cut a Pelican 1610 custom foam insert to the 21.78" x 16.69" x 10.62" interior, often as two stacked layers.
Pelican 1610 foam insert, cut to your gear
With 10.62" of depth, one thick layer wastes foam and makes items hard to reach. We cut a lower layer and an upper layer to the same outline so you lift the top tray out as a unit.

Can the top layer lift out?
Yes. Both layers are cut to the same outline, so the upper layer lifts out as a tray and the lower layer stays in the case.
Does the 1610 insert fit the 1615 Air?
No. The 1615 Air has a different interior. Send the model number printed inside the case and we cut to that model.
