Gun Case Foam
Good gun case foam locks every firearm, magazine and optic in place so nothing shifts, rubs or rattles in transport. RAGAR carries gun foam for pistol cases and rifle cases in three styles: reusable foam you rebuild around each new loadout, pre-cut gun foam with pockets already cut, and solid foam you cut to your own firearms.
Gun Case Foam Inserts by Type
- Reusable RAGAR gun foam – interlocking XP crosslinked blocks lift out and drop back in, so one insert rebuilds around a new rifle, scope, pistol or light without cutting.
- Pre-cut gun foam – foam sets cut for 2 to 8 handguns and magazines, Recon Rack adjustable EVA pistol inserts, and Glock and 1911 cuts.
- Pick and pluck replacement foam – classic pre-scored foam in rifle case sizes from 35.75" to 50.5" long.
- Uncut XLPE foam pads – solid 2 lb density closed-cell pads in 1" and 2" layers for a gun case foam insert you cut yourself.

Why Closed-Cell Gun Foam
